Good evening to all Hive friends, how are you? Yesterday evening, I prepared a vegetable soup as a light meal. I used vegetables and added noodles, as recommended by a friend. The combination of vegetables and noodles turned out to be delicious. These vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, supporting overall health. I believe that a soup like this, when used for dinner, can be very beneficial for the body's well-being. It was easier to prepare than I expected, and I'm excited to share how it was made.
Required Ingredients...
🍀 A few finely chopped spinach leaves.
🍀 A finely chopped carrot.
🍀 A few finely chopped onion leaves.
🍀 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
🍀 A little chopped onion.
🍀 A washed and cleaned potato.
🍀 2 or 3 finely chopped cabbage leaves
🍀 Noodles 30g
🍀 2 cup of water .
🍀 1 teaspoon of butter.
🍀 1 teaspoon of pepper powder.
🍀 Salt powder as needed.
Method of making.
1 Step.
First, finely chop the spinach leaves, onion leaves, carrots, onions, garlic, cabbage leaves etc. and keep them separately.
2 Step.
Then take a pan and let it heat on the stove on low flame, then add a teaspoon of butter to it.
Add garlic, onion, carrot, cabbage, potato, pepper powder and salt to the required amount, mix well and cook on low flame for about 3 or 4 minutes.
3 Step.
Then add spinach leaves and onion leaves to it, mix it well and add two cups of water. It cooks for about 8 minutes.
4 Step.
Then add the noodles to it. Cook it for about 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
A nutritious vegetable and noodle soup is ready, perfect for warming and nourishing the body. The noodles add a grain base, enhancing its nutritional value. Vegetarians can opt to skip the butter.
