Good evening to all my Hive friends! Today, I’m excited to share a special twist on the traditional soy meat dish. This recipe brings together soy meat with eggs, potatoes, and aromatic spices, creating a unique and flavorful meal. It’s packed with protein, and the eggs and potatoes add an extra layer of taste and nutrition. This dish is as delicious as any meat-based recipe, yet easy to prepare. Let’s get into how to make it!
Required Ingredients...
🍀1 teaspoon of chili powder. soya meat 50g.
🍀 Potatoes.
🍀 2 green chili pods.
🍀 1 Egg.
🍀 1 cup of coconut oil.
🍀 curry leaves.
🍀 2 or 3 pieces of pandan leaves.
🍀 About 2 garlic cloves.
🍀 1/2 1 teaspoon of curry powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
🍀 Salt as needed.
🍀 1 teaspoon of chili powder.
🍀 1/2 teaspoon of Roasted curry powder
🍀 A cardamom pod.
🍀 1 teaspoon of Pepper powder.
🍀 Onion, finely chopped.
🍀 Some chopped tomatoes.
🍀 Coconut oil for frying.
🍀 1/3 teaspoon of Cumin.
Method of making....
First, take the soy meat and place it in a bowl. Add hot water and a pinch of salt to the bowl, and let it soak for about 3 minutes.
In the meantime, chop the onions, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, and pandan leaves.
Now, drain the water from the soaked soy meat thoroughly and place it in a bowl. Add chili powder, curry powder, salt, turmeric powder, and the egg, then mix everything well until evenly combined.
Next, take a pan and add about 5 tablespoons of coconut oil. Add the mixed soy meat to the pan and fry until it becomes crispy.
Next, wash and clean the potato, cut it into small pieces, and fry until they turn a golden color.
Next, add about a tablespoon of coconut oil to the same pan and heat until it becomes hot. Then, add cumin seeds, garlic, curry leaves, pandan leaves, onion, fennel seeds, and chopped tomatoes. Stir well to combine everything thoroughly.
Next, add chili powder, roasted curry powder, and black pepper powder to the mixture. Stir everything well to combine the spices thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Next, add the fry potatoes, soy, and coconut milk to the mixture. Let it cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then remove from the heat.
