Salmon fillet pieces in batter for breakfast.
- Cut the salmon fillet into thin plastics into small pieces.
- Prepare the batter.
1 egg, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of cold water, 2 tablespoons of flour, mix everything.
Add another 1-2 tablespoons of cold water and mix again. - Prepare a frying pan by pouring a little vegetable oil into it.
- Dip salmon pieces on both sides in batter and fry in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Very tasty both hot and cold.
