[ESP-ENG] Preparando albóndigas por primera vez!!

Un saludo a toda la comunidad de Foodies!! El día de hoy me levante con un antojo de albóndigas. A pesar de no haberlas cocinado antes, quise intentarlo. Así que el día de hoy les muestro cómo fue mi proceso preparando albóndigas por primera vez.

Naturalmente tuve que buscar la receta en internet y estos son los ingredientes que necesité:

1 cebolla
1 pimentón
2 tomates
Carne molida
Sal
Pimienta
Orégano
Media cabeza de Ajo
2 huevos
Media taza de harina de maíz
Aceite de oliva

Preparación

Empecé agregando los dos huevos a la carne y a mezclar todo muy bien.

Luego agregué la harina de maíz y volvemos a mezclar.

Luego dejé reposar la carne mientras preparamos todo lo demás.

Luego fue momento de preparar los vegetales para la salsa. Lo primero que hice fue picar bien cada vegetal.

Empecé por el tomate, piqué cada uno en 4 partes.

Estos vegetales picados, sumados con el ajo, son los que sofreí junto con aceite de oliva durante 6 o 7 minutos.

Agregue aceite de oliva al sartén y coloque todos los vegetales a la vez.

Los saque del sartén cuando se veían blandos.

Una vez que los saque del sartén dejé que se enfriaran un poco para llevarlos a licuadora.

Ya licuados lo siguiente que hice fue devolver la salsa a al sartén en la que sofreí los vegetales y agregue una taza de agua. Esta salsa la dejé hervir mientras empecé a armar las albóndigas.

Para armar la albóndiga tome la cantidad de carne que cabía dentro de una cucharilla. Y con eso hice una bola, que es la forma de la albóndiga.

Luego las coloqué todas en la salsa cuando esta estaba hirviendo.

Las dejé cocinar de 10 a 12 minutos a fuego medio.

Agregamos pimienta, sal con ajo, orégano y sal.

Pasado el tiempo las saqué y serví.

Puedo decir que disfrute mucho de mi primer plato de albóndigas hecho por mi. Espero poder prepararla ma seguido para perfeccionarla.

Greetings to all the Foodies community! Today I woke up with a craving for meatballs. Even though I had never cooked them before, I wanted to give it a try. So today I show you how I went about preparing meatballs for the first time.

1 bell pepper
2 tomatoes
Ground beef
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Half a head of garlic
2 eggs
Half a cup of corn flour
Olive oil

I started by adding the two eggs to the meat and mixing everything very well.

Then it was time to prepare the vegetables for the sauce. The first thing I did was to chop each vegetable well.

These chopped vegetables, added with the garlic, are the ones that I fried together with olive oil for 6 or 7 minutes.

Once I took them out of the pan I let them cool a little bit and then I took them to the blender.

Once blended, the next thing I did was to return the sauce to the pan in which I sautéed the vegetables and added a cup of water. I let this sauce boil while I started to assemble the meatballs.

To make the meatballs I took the amount of meat that would fit inside a teaspoon. And with that I made a ball, which is the shape of the meatball.

I let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes over medium heat.

After that time I took them out and served them.
