Hello everyone, hope you all are doing well. Today I will be sharing with you a recipe which I learned from my friend’s mother. Once she invited me to her home and served white sauce pasta, when I took the first bite of it, it was really different from all the white sauce pastas that I have had earlier. It was way yummy so I asked her for the recipe.
So today, I’ll be sharing that recipe with you guys too. Firstly let’s talk about the ingredients and spices that were used in this recipe.
Ingredients:
Marinated chicken🍗
Pasta 🍝
Butter 🧈
All purpose flour ⚪️
Milk 🥛
Garlic 🧄
Olives 🫒
Capsicum 🫑
Carrot 🥕
Green chilli 🌶️
Cheese 🧀
Spices:
Chilli flakes 🌶️
Black pepper 🫙
Salt 🧂
Chicken cube 🟫
Oregano 🌿
Step 1:
The first step is to add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook it on the medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes untill it turns white.
Step 2:
The next step is to prep for the white sauce, for this step the key secret is to make the sauce in the same pan in which the chicken is being cooked because it will add to the flavor. For this step add the garlic to the pan.
Now add the butter to the pan and coat the garlic to the butter.
Now we are not going to cook the garlic alot because it burns very quickly so we are going to add the 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour into the butter and garlic mixture.
Now we will mix the ingredients together to make a stciky buttery paste.
When the texture of the paste looks like this, we have to add the milk.
**Step 3: **
Now, it’s the time to add to combine the sauce together. After adding the milk, a good stir is required to bind the ingredients together and so that no lumps are present in the sauce.
After that the spicies will be added to the sauce to give it a desired taste.
Firstly I added the chicken cube, it gives the rich flavour to the sauce.
Then I added the half teaspoon of salt. The salt is added according to the taste.
Then, a tablespoon of chilli flakes wete added to the sauce. I like it a bit spicy.
Then black pepper was added to the sauce.
Lastly the oregano is added to it. It gives the herby and flaky taste which I like the most 🤌🏻
**Step 4: **
The next step after adding the spices to the sauce is to add the finely chopped vegetables to the sauce.
Now let the vegetables cook in the sauce for 2 minutes.
**Step 5: **
After adding the vegetables to the sauce, the sauce is well combined and ready for the pasta to be added.
Now the boiled pasta is finally added to the sauce.
Now the pasta will be mixed into the sauce so that the sauce and pasta are well combined.
**Step 6: **
The next step is optional but I like my pasta to be cheesy and creamy, so I added the cheese to the pasta.
And here after adding the cheese the pasta is readyyy to eat.
