Las costillas de res son un plato muy nutritivo y la receta para su preparación es muy sencilla además que se utilizan pocos ingredientes.

El día domingo siempre viene mi hermana a compartir el almuerzo con mis hijos, mi papa y mi persona y preparare estas deliciosas costillas de res, acompañadas de una salsa barbacoa y les comento que me quedaron muy buenas y a todos les encanto.

Les dejo aquí la receta: el paso a paso y los ingredientes a utilizar.

Ingredientes | Ingredients

  • 1 kg. de costilla de res
  • 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • 6 ajos
  • 1 cucharadita de saboreador
  • sal y pimienta al gusto

Para preparar la Salsa Barbacoa utilice:

  • salsa de ketchup
  • 2 cucharadas de azúcar
  • 3 ajos triturados
  • 3 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
  • 3 cucharadas de salsa inglesa
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 1 kg. beef rib
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • 6 garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of flavoring
  • salt and pepper to taste

To prepare the Barbecue Sauce use:

  • ketchup sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 3 crushed garlic
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparación | Preparation

Lo primero que vamos hacer, es lavar y dejar por 15 minutos las costillas en agua con una cucharada de bicarbonato. Luego se sacan y se colocan en una olla de presión a cocinar por 20 minutos. Después se sacan y se reserva.

The first thing we are going to do is to wash and leave the ribs in water with a spoonful of baking soda for 15 minutes. Then take them out and put them in a pressure cooker to cook for 20 minutes. Then take them out and set aside.

Se condimenta la costilla con el ajo, la sal, la pimienta, los cominos, el saboreador y se reserva.

Preparamos la salsa barbacoa de la siguiente manera: mezclamos en un recipiente todos los ingredientes: la salsa de ketchup, el azúcar, los ajos triturados, el vinagre de manzana, la salsa inglesa, la sal y pimienta. llevamos al fuego lento por 10 minutos hasta que espese y reservamos.

Prepare the barbecue sauce as follows: mix all the ingredients in a bowl: ketchup, sugar, crushed garlic, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. cook over low heat for 10 minutes until it thickens and set aside.

Luego untamos un sarten con un poco de aceite y precedemos a asar las costillas dándole vuelta hasta que queden doradas. Sacamos y servimos con la salsa barbacoa.
