Hello Foodies Bee Hive, how are you all? I hope you guys are doing well, Because of my physical illness sadly I couldn't able to reach with you. After a long long time, I made something that is one of the most celebrated drink I'm my country, it's called Borhani which is made from curd, it's easier to made & tastier to drink . Though me & my family like this drink very much , I thought you guys will like this too ! That's why the thought came in my mind to share this with you.
Without talking too much, I will tell you how I made this drink.
Ingredients:
sour yogurt - 2 kg
Mink leaves- 100 gram
Coriander leaves- 50 gram
Tomato catch-up - 3/4 table spoon
Sugar - 3 table spoon
Radhuni borhani mix
Green chillies
Blender
Making process:
At first put the mint & coriander leaves into the mixer.
After making a smooth paste of these add chilli's according your resistance (how much spicy you can tolerate) .

Then add Radhuni Borhani mix or masala otherwise you can use Coriander,Cumin,Black pepper,White mustard,Bit Salt,Sodium Chloride,Sugar according to your taste . I want a simplest procedure that's why I choose readymade processed ingredients.
After mixing all these things they must be extracted into the sour yogurt.
After extracting these things with yogurt, mix the yogurt with sauce and a little extra sugar and blend again.
Before & after.....the satisfied moment to be honest ...
The Borhani is ready to drink. Have it with ice cubes or put it into refrigerator to became chill. We Bangladeshi people like to have it after or along with heavy meal , like polau, kacchi or biriyani. Personally I also drink this whenever I feel to drink any soft drink, cause it is easier to made & healthier to drink .
