Hola mis amigos, espero que se encuentrén muy bien, hoy es el día mundial de la pizza, y en mi casa le hicimos homenja a esta comida internacional tan famosa y deliciosa, hoy cenamos pizza, prepare una pizza cuatro estaciones a mi estilo, como siempre les digo, trato de amoldarme a los ingredientes que tengo en casa.

Hello my friends, I hope you are very well, today is world pizza day, and in my house we paid homage to this famous and delicious international food, today we have pizza for dinner, prepare a four seasons pizza in my style, as I always tell them, I try to adapt to the ingredients I have at home.

Comparto con todos cómo prepare esta deliciosa pizza, 4 estaciones, quedo fabulosa, la piza la comparto en 4 partes , la primera, vegetariana, la segunda, margarita, la tercera, primavera, y la cuarta le correspondía al peperoni, pero como no tenía le puse salchichón, quedo igual de rica.

Deliciosa Pizza cuatro estaciones/Delicious Pizza four seasons


Ingredientes/Ingredients:

Para la masa/For the mass

  • 500 gr de harina todo uso.

500 gr of all-purpose flour.

  • 1 cucharadita de sal.

1 teaspoon salt.

  • 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva o el que tengan en casa.

3 tablespoons of olive oil or whatever you have at home.

  • 1/2 taza de agua.

1/2 cup of water.

  • 250ml de agua tibia.

250ml of warm water.

  • 4 gr de levadura.

4 grams of yeast.

  • 1 cucharada de azúcar.

1 spoon of sugar.

Para hacer la salsa de tomate, coloque a hervir 6 tomates maduros, por unos minutos, luego les quito la concha y los llevo a la licuadora, si agua, cuelo los tomates y reservo, en una olla pongo a sofreir un poco de cebolla y ajo y luego le agrego los tomates que licue, un poco de sal, pimienta, oregano, azúcar, los dejmaos hervor por unos minutos y listo.

To make the tomato sauce, boil 5 ripe tomatoes for a few minutes, then remove the shell and take them to the blender, if water, strain the tomatoes and reserve, in a pot I fry a little onion and garlic and then I add the tomatoes that I blend, a little salt, pepper, oregano, sugar, let them boil for a few minutes and that's it.

Preparación/ Preparation:

1- Agregar la levadura a la media taza de agua tibia y la cucharada de azúcar y mezclar. Dejar reposar por unos minutos.

Add the yeast to the half cup of warm water and the tablespoon of sugar and mix. Let stand for a few minutes.

2- Hacer tipo un volcán con la harina e incorporar la mezcla de agua con levadura, el aceite, y el agua tibia, le agregamos la sal por los bordes del volcán, luego procedemos a mezclar con la batidora.

Make a type of volcano with the flour and incorporate the mixture of water with yeast, oil, and warm water, add the salt around the edges of the volcano, then proceed to mix with the blender.

3- Una vez que la mezcla esta lista hacemos un bollo y la dejamos leudar por 30 o 40 minutos, hasta que duplique su tamaño.

Once the mixture is ready, make a bun and let it rise for 30 or 40 minutes, until it doubles in size

4- Pasado el tiempo de leudar, aplastamos la masa para sacarle el aire
y se extiende para colocarla en el molde.

After the leavening time, we crush the dough to remove the air
and spreads to place it in the mold.

5- Yo, la extendí un poco con el rodillo y termine de hacerlo dentro del molde, luego le agregamos la salsa de tomate, el queso y los ingredientes para cada estación.

I spread it a little with the rolling pin and finished doing it inside the mold, then we added the tomato sauce, the cheese and the ingredients for each season.

6- Ya con todos los ingredientes, la llevamos al horno aproximadamente por 45 min. Cuando este dorada la masa, retiramos del horno y a comer.

Already with all the ingredients, we take it to the oven for approximately 45 min. When the dough is golden, remove from the oven and eat.
