I want to share stories about culinary delights that I discovered in Sabang City. The restaurant is very popular it is the lunch place for the President of Indonesia, Mr Jokowi, and Mrs Iriana. This eating place offers beautiful views and interesting culinary delights. It sells more than 30 typical Indonesian menus. The menu being sold is suitable for Javanese people. Don't use too much coconut milk.
This restaurant is located on Jalan Teuku Cik Ditiro. Serving from vegetables, fried chicken, and processed fish. Es sells shredded cucumber and papaya ice. Local people call grated papaya ice a jokowi drink. Jokowi is the name of the president of Indonesia. Very unique.
From the information I got, this restaurant was founded in 2008. It has been around for 15 years. The concept is selling typical Indonesian food. not only Aceh. It seems that this restaurant understands who the guests are who come to Sabang. Sabang has become a tourist destination for Indonesian people. This food here sells home-cooked food. And he said, every day the menu changes.
When I visited, this food served fried chicken, green chili sauce, and red chili. Then omelet, bad also eggplant, ointment, anchovies, and others. From the information I got, President Jokowi arrived here in 2015. The President of Indonesia came to inspect the Sabang Zero Kilometer monument.
Finally, I found out that the taste of this papaya shaved ice is very fresh and delicious. Regarding the food sold, it is very delicious. It is said that the President of Indonesia, Jokowi, really likes fish head curry. The food here makes for very good food. It's comforting for me who is used to Javanese food.
I don't have a problem eating typical Acehnese food. But, if you eat it too often it becomes a problem. The thick sauce with coconut milk made me reluctant to eat.
