Today here it's really cold outside and I decide to prepare something warm and healthy and seasonal too. In winter we have many seasonal vegetables, mostly potatoes, cabbage of many kinds, cauliflower and white potatoes. So I try to use seasonal vegetables in my kitchen.
This time I use potatoes cleaned and cutted in pieces and cauliflower cleaned and cutted too.
The recipe for this soup it's really easy and every one can make it, the ingredients too are so cheap so it's good for your pocket too.
Well in the same time prepare a bowl full of water and prepare a broth with garlic in little pieces two slices, a carrot in little pieces and onion in little pieces too, mix it with the water and a spoon of salt and pairsley.
When the broth boil add the cutted cauliflower and potatoes and mix them with s big spoon , let it boil for one hour until the mixture look homogeneous, than serve the soup with some oil and parmesan on it.
