4 eggs
9 tablespoons of sugar
250 grams of carrots
25 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon of softener or SP
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon salt

Carrot cake is a cake with a very simple ingredient composition, it can be easily made so it is very easy for you to make it as a family snack. Well, to make it easier for you to make cakes like sponge cake, first of all, prepare all the ingredients you need according to the measurements, so that later it will make it easier for you to go through the process of mixing all the ingredients.
Procedure Cooking
Mix the eggs, sugar and sp, then shake until the eggs expand. Then add vanilla powder, then beat again.
Add the grated carrots, then mix again with the mixer.
Add the flour that has been sifted first so that there are no lumps.
Then add flour little by little while whisking.
Add cooking oil, and mix the dough again.
Put it in a baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and sprinkled with a little flour, or you can also line it with oil paper.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom fire.
