Hello hive friends, how are you all? Hope everyone is well. Wishing everyone good health. Today I am here again with a new recipe. My recipe today is tilapia fish head and bean seeds cooking. Bean seeds are very tasty and nutritious. Every year we cook and eat bean seeds at this time. I hope you will like my recipe today. So let's see what it takes us to make the recipe. The required materials are given below.

Necessary Ingredients

• Bean seeds- 500 grams
• Tilapia fish head- three pieces
• Tomatoes- 200 grams
• Chopped onion- one cup
• Garlic paste- 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder- 2 tsp
• Chilli powder- 2 tsp
• Cumin powder- 2 tsp
• Salt - three teaspoons
• Soybean oil- as required
• Coriander leaves - to taste

Cooking process

First we soak the bean seeds in water for 20 minutes. Then I peel off the upper skins of the bean seeds, then wash the seeds well.

Then I chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Then I washed and cleaned the fish heads well.

Then put a pot on the stove and add soybean oil as required. When the oil is hot, add a cup of chopped onions and fry the onions until light brown.

Then add all the spices and saute for ten minutes with little water.

Once grated, add the fish heads and cook for 15 minutes.

Then I added the bean seeds and tomatoes. Knead everything well for 10 minutes.

Then add water as required and cook for 20 minutes.

After cooking, I added some coriander leaves to taste. Our delicious and nutritious bean curry is ready.
