Hello Hivers, brought you a very new recipe, it is invented by mother-in-law. I am pretty sure no one has ate the rajma like this. Try out this recipe with rice, it tastes amazing. If you're a rice lover, you would love it.
When she first tried putting daal (pulses or split grain) into rajma was because the rajma taste so dry, if you put pulses in it it will give a different taste. So here is the recipe.
Ingredients
Overnight soaked rajma (one cup)
Moong daal (one cup)
Onions 🧅
Tomatoes 🍅
Green chillies
Ginger garlic paste
Corrinder leaves
Dried mango powder
Garam masala
Red chilli powder
Salt + haldi
Ghee
Recipe
Take the overnight soaked rajma and then mix the daal in it, put both into a cooker and let it boil properly (put haldi and salt in it)
Once the daal is ready, let's prepare the masala for it.
Put ghee in a kadhai, once the ghee is heated put mustard seeds and hing in it, after 2 sec put chopped onions ginger garlic paste
Once it is little red put Tomato with red chilli powder lil more salt as per your taste garam masala. Fry the masala properly and if want to put more ghee that's absolutely fine, I too love ghee.
Now mix the dal and masala and put corrinder leaves for better taste. Ready to serve with rice or chapati
