Hello everyone, hope you guys are doing great with you family and friends. So let's directly jump to out today dish sago khichdi. Yesterday my mother in law was on fasting we don't eat sold food while fasting so I have prepared this amazing healthy and tasty khichdi. I it tastes too good that even me and my husband did half fasting for the khichdi. Ha ha! Just kidding we didn't want to eat chapati so we have also had the same khichdi. Trust me you will also like this dish. So let's goto our kitchen and grab some veggies to prepare this khichdi.
Here is the recipe
Take some soaked sabudana, check the the sago is soft.
Now, let's chop the vegetables. You can take whatever veggies you want like onions, potatoes, carrot 🥕, capsicum 🫑, peas, green chillies, corrinder leaves. Chop all the vegetables nicely.
Now, take a kadhai and put 3-4 big spoons of ghee, and once it's heated, put peanuts 🥜, Curry leaves, jeera, hing and sarso in it. After that put all the vegetables in it.
Once the veggies are cooked properly put salt in it as per your taste. Now mix the soaked sago in it. Mix it well. In the end put black pepper and little more salt. Mix it well and it's redy to eat.
You can serve it with curd or eat directly without anything else.
