So it's Tuesday today and my husband was on fasting on Monday and Tuesday, as I already told we most of Indians will be on fasting during sravan mass on Monday and Tuesday.
So he wanted some spicy breakfast today, so as per the demand I have prepared Veg Noodles with some extra spice added in it. Below is the recipe for the same.
Boiled the Noodles in a pan or kadahi don't forget to put some oil while boiling it.
Chop the veggies, cabbage 🥬, Onions 🧅, carrot 🥕, capsicum 🫑 and green chillies.
Take a kadhai and pour some oil in it, once oil heated put some cumin seeds and onions green chillies and little ginger paste.
Stir the onions for 2 minutes and put all other veggies.
Saute the veggies properly and put some turmeric powder and salt in it. Once veggies are nicely cooked put red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce and soya sauce and mix it well.
Mix the noodles and cooked vegetables.
