Fish is considered a staple food for us several times a week, and Linna fish is particularly rich in protein and iron. It's enjoyed by people of all ages and is known to be beneficial for the body. Today, I'll be sharing with you a recipe for Linna Deviled fish, which is incredibly delicious. Let's begin by exploring the ingredients needed to prepare this dish.
Materials Used.
Linna fish 250g.
2 Tablespoons of chili sauce.
2 Tablespoons of oyster sauce.
1 teaspoon of pepper.
1 Teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
Salt powder to taste.
A piece of cut ginger.
Coconut oil for frying.
A little chopped garlic.
About a large onion cut into pieces.
1 chopped tomato.
About 2 bags of fish chili pods, cut into rounds.
Method of preparation.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first wash and clean the linna fish and cut it into pieces. Add pepper powder and salt powder to it and season it.
Now take a pot and add 250ml of coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove. Once it is hot, fry the seasoned fish pieces until golden.
After that we take another vessel and put two tablespoons of oil in it and keep it on the stove. After it heats up, add garlic and ginger and fry it. Then add chopped onion, fish chili, tomato, crushed chili powder and mix.
Next we add oyster sauce, chilli sauce and salt to it. Add the fried fish to it, mix it well and remove it from the stove.
It's wonderful to pair the Deviled Linna fish we've prepared with fried rice or mixed rice.
