Hello, beautiful people all over the world. I welcome you all to the Foodies Bee Hive community, a community where you can show your yummy, simple, and delicious meal recipes and get to see a lot of different recipes as well, from different people all over the world.

So today I will be making a Bread frittata for lunch. I got tired of frying eggs separately, so I thought of making a bread frittata instead.

Ingredients are:

Bread (6 slices)

Egg (3 pieces)

Groundnut oil (50 ml)

Chilli (5g)

Curry (4g)

Salt (quarter teaspoon)

Onion (1 small ball)

Seasoning cube (half cube)

Dry basil leaf (10 pieces)

Crayfish (5g)

Procedure

I packed the basil leaf inside the blender, then added the crayfish, then blended them until they became powder.

I peeled the back of the onion, rinsed it, and then made a grater to grate it because I wanted it soft inside the sauce.

I added curry to the blended basil leaf and crayfish, and I also added the pepper.

Then I poured the mixture into the onion and made use of a spoon to mix it.

I added half a seasoning cube and a quarter teaspoon of salt to taste. I mixed it again, then set it aside.

I broke the eggs inside a clean bowl and then whisked them thoroughly.

I poured the mixture into the egg, whisked again, and set it aside.

I placed each slice of bread on a flat plate and then made use of a cup to cut a round shape out of the bread; the same process was applied to the rest of the slice.

After that, I put a big frying pan on the burner and then added a small quantity of oil because I will be adding the oil gradually so I don't need to pour everything at once.

I soaked the bread inside the egg mixture and made sure the bread was soaked on both sides.

I put it inside the hot oil and fried it on low heat.

After some seconds, I turned it to the other side and allowed it to turn golden brown before removing it from the frying pan.

The same process was applied to the rest of the slice.

Now the bread frittata is ready for lunch.
