Hello everyone, welcome to the Foodies Bee Hive Community, where you can share your recipes and ideas for cooking, and, of course, you can also get to learn some recipes from different people all over the world.

I am here today again to show my recipes on how to make bread in a simple and different way. Everyone knows that bread is baked, but then for those who don’t have an oven, here is another simple way of making your bread at home with a few ingredients.

Column1Column2

Ingredients are:

500g of flour

400ml of groundnut oil

3 tbsp of sugar

Pinch of salt

Half a tbsp of margarine

15g of powdered milk

1 piece of egg

1 full tbsp of yeast

Small piece of ginger

Procedure

I peel off the ginger back, cut it into pieces inside the blender, and then add one teacup of water for blending; after that, I sieve the shaft away and then keep the water aside.

I dissolved the powdered milk inside warm water, then set it aside.

I poured the flour in a clean, bigger bowl and then added the dry ingredients like salt, sugar, and yeast. After that I made use of a spoon to stir it so that the ingredients could influence the flour.

I broke the egg in a clean small bowl, then whisked it before pouring it inside the flour, and I made use of my hand to mix it.

I added the remaining ingredients, like the butter, the milk, and of course the ginger water, and I mixed it until it became a dough.

Lastly, I added one tablespoon of oil and then kneaded it until it became smoother. I covered it for thirty minutes so that the dough could rise.

After that, I sprinkle some flour on a tray, then I cut a small quantity of the dough and make use of a rolling pin to spread it on the tray.

I have already put a frying pan on the burner, and I added oil, so I placed the flat dough into the oil to fry.

Column1Column2

I started turning it so that it wouldn't get burned, and also I wanted a perfect frying.

Column1Column2

I removed it from the oil when it was turning golden brown.

The same process was applied to the rest of the dough.

Now the ginger fried bread is ready to be served with any type of your chilled drink or sauces; it depends on how you want it.
