Tiger nut milk are part of the tuber family like potatoes and artichoke. It is delicious , creamy sweet, vegan and lactose free.

It is a tiny tubers which are good source of resistant starch with high fiber content and great health benefit

Tiger nut milk is rich source of varieties of vitamins, minerals and other good plant compounds. These include high levels of vitamin E (278% of your DV and in a 1oz serving) and iron. Vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and potassium which improve the healthy immune system. They are also rich in antioxidants, protecting our bodies against harmful free radicals & disease thought to be caused by chronic inflammation including heart disease and cancers.
They are also said to be antibacterial and tested against bacteria including E coli and salmonella.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Tiger nut fruit
- 1 coconut
- 1/2 cup of date fruit
- water
- ginger
- 2 teaspoon of vanilla essense ***optional****
STEP
- Soak the Tiger nut, date and coconut fruit for 6 hours or over night after washing to become soft for blending.
After soaked for 6 hours and become soft, inside into the blender and add ginger to blend with little water for easier blending into creamy and smooth milk.
After blending, use a mesh strainer or fine neat cloth to strain the juice out by squeezing..
Finally your Tiger nut milk is ready. Put into a bottle and store in a fridge to avoid fermenting....
