When you're bored - make rolls - it takes a few hours but it's worth it!

Hi today I want to show you one of my latest creations made in the middle of the night again - homemade buns. I use a bread machine to make the dough.

Here is the recipe.
3 eggs (one yolk is reserved for spreading on the buns)
1 tsp fresh milk
60 g butter
120-150 g sugar
7 g dry yeast
vanilla extract
rum extract or 2 tbsp rum
600 g flour

Stir the egg yolk with a little milk. When spread with diluted egg yolk the crust does not turn dark, it just stays shiny.

Здравейте днес искам да Ви покажа едно от последните ми творения отново правено посреднощ - домашни кифлички. За направата на тестото ползвам машина за правене на хляб.

Ето каква е рецептата.
3 яйца (единият жълтък се запазва за намазване на кифлите)
1 ч.ч. прясно мляко
60 гр масло
120-150 гр захар
7 гр суха мая
екстракт от ванилия
екстракт от ром или 2 супени лъжици ром
600 гр брашно

Разбърквам жълтъка с малко мляко. Когато се намаже с разреден жълтък коричката не става тъмна, а остава само лъскава.

After the dough has risen, divide it into 3 equal balls. I roll them into a circle then cut this circle like a pizza. I roll up each triangle starting from the outside edge.

След като втаса тестото се разделя на 3 равни топки. Разточвам ги в кръг след това нарязвам този кръг като пица. Всеки един триъгълник навивам като започвам от външния край.

Once I've rolled the buns I place them in a baking tray with baking paper to stop them sticking and let them rise again, doubling their size.

When they are done I brush them with the yolk and milk mixture and sprinkle with sugar.

След като съм навила кифлите ги поставям в тава с хартия за печене, за да не залепват и ги оставям да втасат отново като удвоят размера си.

Когато са вече готови ги намазвам със сместта от жълтък и прясно мляко и поръсвам със захар.

I put them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake them until they have a golden crust. In this case I've cooked them a bit - they've baked more than necessary, but that doesn't change their taste.

Слагам ги във загрята фурна на 170 градуса и пека докато станат със златиста коричка. В случая съм ги изтървала малко - повече са се пекли от необходимото, но това не променя вкуса им.
