This is my first post in Foodies Bee Hive community and today I want to share to you about how to make Chicken Rissole mixed with potato, carrot and some other vegetables. This food is very delicious and many people in my country like it. The food is often served in important events or lunch food for student at school.
The steps to make this healthy food is really simple. Here is how to do it :)

1 | Potato | 0.5 Kg |
2 | Carrot | 0.5 kg |
3 | Onion | 1 pcs |
4 | Red Onion | 50 grams |
5 | Garlic | 50 grams |
6 | Salt, Coriander and Sugar | 3 tbs |
7 | Shredded Chicken | 0.5 Kg |
8 | Celery leaves | 3 pcs |
9 | Wheat Flour | 1 Kg |
10 | Tapioca Flour | 250 grams |
11 | Cooking Oil (For Rissole Skin) | 250 grams |
12 | Eggs | 3 pcs |
1. Slice all the ingredients (Potato, Carrot, and Celery leaves) for the rissole stuffing dough and mix all the ingredients (along with Shreded Chicken) in a bowl.
2. Grind Red Onion, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, and Coriander .
3. Slice Onions.
4. Fry and scramble 3 eggs.
5. Saute Red Onion, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, and Coriander which have been grinded.
6. Put all of the ingredients (Sliced Potato, Carrot, Celery Leaves) and fried eggs in the pan. Keep stirring until it is cooked evenly
7. Drain the dough into a bowl
8. Time to make Rissole Skin. Mix Wheat Flour, Tapioca Flour, Cooking Oil and enough water in a bowl and stir until the mixture is evenly mixed
9. Bake the dough on the pan, but don't overcook it
10. Put the dough inside the skin then wrap it
11. Dip the rissol in the egg and panir flour then fry
12. Chicken Rissole mixed with potato is ready to serve
