How to cook tofu lodeh

Hello friends in this beloved community, how are you all, I hope you are all well and today I am back again in this beloved communication after a few days which have been missed because there is no time or no time to return back to this community and only today I can come back here again, and today I will show you some photos that I have captured a few days ago with my own mobile camera and I will also share a little knowledge from me about cooking, namely cooking lodeh know.
The cooking method is very easy and also very fast. I cooked this lodeh tofu for lunch with my small family.
Because I, as a housewife, of course, have to learn a little about how to cook, and that should work for me. And that afternoon I cooked lodeh tofu because that morning there was a fish seller around and I saw the person bringing tofu and I immediately bought two pieces. Because I wanted to try cooking lodeh for lunch and that afternoon I cooked it right away.


The method is very easy, we just need to prepare a few ingredients, namely as follows.
Prepare two pieces of tofu, 4 pieces of cayenne pepper, two candlenut seeds, 5 shallots, 1 clove of garlic, 2 inches of turmeric and two red chilies or curly chilies.

Now we are entering the cooking program. The first step is to cut the tofu first, both small and large according to taste.

And sprinkle salt into the tofu that was cut earlier.

After that fried until yellow. After the tofu is yellow, remove and drain for a while.

the second step is: puree all the spices that have been prepared earlier but I use a blender to smooth it so it's fast and easy.

The third step is:
Prepare the ingredients for frying, namely one finely chopped shallot, one stalk of lemongrass, and 4 bay leaves.
And don't forget to also wash it thoroughly so that our food is healthy and protected from germs that cause stomach aches.


the next step, namely the fourth step, first fry the ingredients that have been prepared earlier until the onion color is slightly reddish, then add the spices that have been mashed above, stir-fry until it smells good and smells good.

After that, add the tofu that has been fried earlier, leave it for a few minutes so that the spices seep into the tofu that has been fried earlier, then add a cup of coconut milk after that, let it sit for a few more minutes until everything is completely cooked.
