Hello food Hivers! This is @saijan19, and it's my first time posting here in this community. Today I want to share with you guys what I have cooked for my family last night. Since I become a mom cooking was always been a part of my everyday routine and it really makes my heart flutter every time my family appreciates what I cooked for them, it always give butterflies to my stomach when they say it was delicious and of course healthy food. It was also a dilemma for me as a mom if I could not cook a healthy food for them, so I make a research for a healthy recipe and I have decided to cook them a sauteed squash with baguio beans and moringa leaves. I also add pork. So stay put as I share the ingredients and procedure on cooking this healthy recipe.

So here are the Ingredients for this recipe
2 pcs. onion
squash
baguio beans
moringa leaves
1/4 kg meat
salt to taste
seasonings

Procedure:
- Finely chopped the onions, next cut the squash into cubes, remove the edges of the baguio beans and moringa leaves then wash the vegetables carefully.
- Wash the pork meat and cut it into cubes.
- In a pan add just enough oil for sauteing, Sautee first the onion after 20 seconds add the pork meat then let it cook for about 10 minutes or until the meat is tender.
- Add 2 cups of water and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
- Once it was boiling add pepper, salt and seasoning to taste.
- Add the squash first, then allow to boil for another 3 minutes, then add the baguio beans and let it boil for another 2 minutes.
- Last is to add the moringa leaves since is just easy to be cooked just 1 minute and it's done.

It's now ready to serve while it was still hot, also it will be more delicious if you are with your family enjoying the healthy food Together, We thank God before consuming the food.
