The ingredients needed for this cake are:
200 g of spelled flour
100 g oatmeal ground in a blender (you can oatmeal)
1 tablespoon oil (can usually be sunflower, it is even tastier if it is coconut)
2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar - depending on how sweet you like (if you are preparing a healthier version of yellow sugar, or use coconut sugar)
2 eggs
1 baking powder
water
Whisk the mixture and pour it into a tray covered with paper. Over throw cherries - you can any red fruit.
Bake in the oven.
- add the amount of water gradually, it should not be a rare mixture, but it should not be too thick.
Recept za jedan zdravi kolac :)
Za ovaj kolač potrebni sastojci su:
200 gr speltinog brašna
100 gr ovsenih pahulja samlevenih u blenderu(možete ovseno brašno)
1 kasika ulja (može obično suncokretovo, jos ukusnije je ako je kokosovo)
2 ili 3 kašike šećera-zavisi koliko slatko volite(ako spremate zdraviju varijantu žuti šećer, ili kokosov šećer koristite)
2 jaja
1 prašak za pecivo
voda
Umutite smesu i izlijte je u pleh prekriven papirom. Preko pobacajte višnje- možete bilo koje crveno voće.
Ispecite u rerni.
*količinu vode dodajete postepeno, ne treba da je retka smesa, ali ni da je preterano gusta.
