Hello foodie lovers! The months of May is usually harvest time for mangoes. Last may, I made lots of preserved mango jam and some for ice cream mango overload! This time, after being done eating these mouth-watering fruits, I planned to make a mango float. You only need a few ingredients though if you want it to be more creamy, additional cream would be great.
Ingredients:
6 ripe mangoes, sliced
1 pack graham crackers
1 big cremdensada milk
2 tbsp vanilla
For more options, you may add 2 pouch nestle cream or all-purpose cream. I chose not to because am trying to avoid more cream to control my blood sugar. I normally add Nestle cream to make it more yummy.
Dip the crackers first before putting it into a small container.
Arrange it horizontally.
Then add the mango strips...
Pour some cream on top before adding another layer of graham crackers.
I crunched some crackers to fill the gap in between the mango strips to make it more solid.
Sprinkle it around the limited area.
I added more milk powder on top.
After the four layers, I finally added more cream for finishing touches then freeze overnight.
My finished product. Yummy!
This is all for now, I hope you liked it guys. Try it and you won't regret! Thank you for dropping by my page!
Till then,
