Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons honey
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons olive oil
3 segments garlic, crushed
1 Tablespoons grated ginger
1. Mix the above ingredients.
2. Marinate the salmon (or any other white fish) for twenty minutes, turning once in between.
3. Heat 3 Tablespoons of oil in frying pan.
4. Lift the fish from marinade and put in the pan. Fry it for 4 to 6 minutes on one side. Save the marinade for later.
5. Turn the fish and cook for another 4 to 6 minutes.
6. When done, remove from pan and put the fried fish in a serving platter.
7. In the same frying pan, pour the marinade and cook until reduced in volume.
8. Drizzle the sauce on top of the salmon.
Serve Honey Ginger Salmon with Rice and your favorite Vegetable Side.
