Hello food lovers,
How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the delicious recipe of lentils, potatoes and egg curry. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Ingredients:
Eggs
Lentils
Potatoes
Onion
Green chilies
Garlic paste
Chopped Garlic
Chili powder
Turmeric powder
Salt
Cumin Powder
Coriander powder
Coriander leaves
First I heated the oil in a pan. Then I put all the spices one by one in hot oil including onion and chilli.
All the spices are being smuggled well, including lentils and potatoes. I started frying all this together. When it was well fried, I gave it some amount of water. So that everything is well cooked.
Care should be taken so that lentils and potatoes are cooked well with spices. And all this will have to wait until it is well cooked. Because lentils are a little soft food. If the potato is not cooked well with this food, then it will not taste good.
When I saw that the lentils and potatoes were well cooked, I gave two eggs. Not everything can be shaken after laying eggs. This will make the eggs mashed. I started cooking so that the eggs would be whole.
When the eggs are a little boiled, I sprinkle the crushed coriander leaves on top for a nice flavor. Then I cooked everything together for another five to seven minutes.
This is how my today's delicious recipe of lentils, potatoes and egg curry is prepared.
