Recipe : Delicious roasted khichuri recipe

Hello food lovers,

How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the Delicious roasted khichuri recipe. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.

Ingredients:

Polao rice
Mug dal
Lentils
Potatoes
Onion
Green pepper
Garlic paste
Ginger paste
Cumin powder
Turmeric powder
Pepper powder
Coriander powder
Salt
Hot spices



First I heated a quantity of soybean oil in a pan. Then I added chopped onion, green chillies and whole hot spices in hot oil. These should be fried a little better first.

Then I gave all the spices one by one. I fried everything well for a while. Then I gave it the same amount of potatoes and water. This will boil the potatoes a little and the spices will be well cooked.

Then I put polao rice on this spice and potato. And I fried everything for a while. Then I added mug dal and lentil dal in it.

Then I took care of everything well. To make the khichuri crispy, fry everything well for at least 10 minutes before adding water. Then it should be given with the same amount of water. So that the rice and pulses are all cooked well.

Then when the water dries, the rice and pulses will be well cooked. I took care of everything again.
This is how I prepared today's delicious recipe - roasted khichuri. Finally I served it with two types of mash.
