We went to breakfast with my wife's family on Saturday morning. Then I came home and spent the whole day cleaning. My sister came to us after work on Saturday evening. Since my family will be out of town, my sister stayed with us. We went out with him on Sunday. While I was thinking about what to eat for dinner on Sunday, I saw the Hive Top Chef competition topic. And I decided to make him a pasta salad. I love pasta salad. I hope you like my recipe too.
Ingredients for Pasta Salad Recipe
1 pack of pasta
Boiled side dish (peas, carrots, potatoes, corn)
Pickled cucumber
Dill
Strained Yogurt
Mayonnaise
Cheddar cheese
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic
First of all, we fry the pasta a little in olive oil to make it more delicious. After the color of the pasta turns a little, we cook it by adding boiling water and salt. I did not perform the straining process because I cook it by draining the water. Next, we prepare the garnishes. Finely chop the carrots and potatoes. We cook the chopped materials by boiling them together with peas and corn. We set all the cooked ingredients aside to cool. We also cut the pickles and cheddar cheese into small pieces. Put yogurt, mayonnaise, grated garlic, salt and pepper in a separate bowl and mix well.
Combine pasta, garnish, yogurt sauce and olive oil in a large bowl and mix. And our pasta salad is ready to serve. If you wish, you can add dill while serving. Enjoy your meal!
