Hello my dear friends!
How are you? I know I've neglected this place a bit. I am still having busy days. I need a nice vacation now. I hope I can go on vacation soon. Of course, I have to convince my husband first for the holiday. I want to go to Serbia. But he's never been on a plane before. And that scares him a little. I hope I can convince him about Serbia. How to persuade a husband for a vacation? Do you have a suggestion for this? :)
Of course, I'm here again with a great recipe. I can't try new recipes because I'm on a diet from time to time. That's why I can't share good recipes with you. This makes me a little sad. Sometimes I can't take photos of the recipes I tried in a hurry. Again, at the last moment, I thought of taking photos and I wanted to share this recipe for you. If you love apples, this recipe is for you.
Apple is one of my favorite fruits. Apple, a hearty and energizing fruit, is both delicious and rich in vitamins and minerals. Thanks to its fibrous structure, apple is good for intestinal laziness. It contains vitamins C, A, K, B6 and E. Increases iron absorption. It has antioxidant properties. In order to make the most of the vitamins in the apple, we need to consume the apple raw and with the peel. In addition, apples contain minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and iron. In other words, it is a fruit that we should not miss from our kitchen. After mentioning the benefits of apple a little, I would like to move on to my recipe.
Ingredients for Apple Pie (Tarte Tatin)
•Sugar
•Butter
•Cinnamon
•Apple
•Puff pastry
We peel and core the apples, then slice them. We mix the sugar in the pan and caramelize it over medium heat. (The color of the caramel should be so dark that it almost burns.) Then we add the butter and cinnamon and mix our caramel. We put the apple slices and cook them on high heat for a little bit. While the apples are cooking, we heat your oven at 200 degrees. We connect the ends of the puff pastry dough and pass it over with a rolling pin without thinning it too much. We adjust the size of the dough to be the size of our pan. We cover the apples, which are cooked with our tongues in the caramel, with the puff pastry dough we have prepared. With a fork, we make several holes in the dough. We bake in the heated oven for 20-25 minutes until the dough is browned and puffed up. After cooking, we cover the cutting board on it and turn it upside down. We serve the Tarte Tatin hot. Ice cream goes well with it. Bon Appetit!
