Potatoes are one of my favorite vegetables. It is a versatile and very nutritious root vegetable. It is not considered a healthy food due to its high carbohydrate and starch content. But in fact, potatoes are a source of fiber, potassium, B6 and vitamin C. It is gluten free and very filling. It supports the digestive system. It is rich in antioxidants. If you want to consume it in a healthy way, you can cook it without peeling, steam or in the oven. Today I will share a very healthy recipe for you. Ingredients for Potato Salad Recipe
•water (to boil the potatoes)
•potatoes
•fresh onion
•parsley
•lettuce
•salt
•sumac
•black pepper
•lemon juice
•olive oil
Put the water and potatoes in a saucepan. And we are waiting for the potatoes to be boiled. After about 15-20 minutes, we check the degree of cooking with the tip of the knife and take it from the stove and strain the water. We let it rest to cool. We put the finely chopped fresh onion, parsley and lettuce in a bowl with all the spices. Cut the cooled potatoes into cubes and add them in. Finally, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients well. Preferably, we let it rest a little in the refrigerator before serving. Then we can serve. Enjoy your meal!
