I hope your weekend is going great. I decided to elaborate a chocolate ice cream recipe to please the chocolate addicts I have at home haha, I also wanted to take advantage that my neighbor gave me a liter of freshly milked cow's milk, to prepare my recipe, I got up very early to prepare everything calmly because I am waiting in the afternoon for a friend who will come to our house, I know she will like this ice cream.
The weather is still very hot here in Margarita Island, for this time of the year it should be raining almost every afternoon.
That's why this recipe is coming along very well with the sweltering weather.
Below I will show you the ingredients I used and step by step how I went about making this tasty ice cream.
Ingredients:
450 ml of pure cow's milk
400 ml of whole milk
1 50 g chocolate pudding sachet
150 g sugar

Espero que su fin de semana esté siendo excelente. Me decidí a elaborar una receta de helado de chocolate para complacer a los adictos al chocolate que tengo en casa jaja, también quise aprovechar que mi vecino me regaló un litro de leche de vaca recién ordeñada, para preparar mi receta, me levanté bien temprano para preparar con calma todo porque espero en la tarde a una amiga que vendrá a nuestra casa, sé que le gustará este helado.
El clima está aún muy caliente aquí en la Isla Margarita, para esta época debería estar lloviendo casi todas las tardes.
Por eso esta receta viene quedando muy bien con el clima tan sofocante.
A continuación les mostraré los ingredientes que utilicé y paso a paso cómo fui elaborando este rico helado.
Ingredientes:
450 ml de leche pura de vaca
400 ml de leche entera
1 sobre de pudin de chocolate de 50 g
150 g de azúcar
The first thing I did was to put the pure cow's milk in the refrigerator for three hours, so that it would freeze as much as possible.
Lo primero que hice fue poner en la nevera la leche pura de vaca por tres horas, para que se congelara lo más que pudiera.
I put the whole milk, the pudding packet and the sugar in a small saucepan and mixed everything well with a paddle.
Coloqué en una olla pequeña la leche entera, el sobre de pudin y el azúcar, mezclé bien todo con una paleta.
I placed it on the stove over medium heat and started stirring nonstop until the pudding reached the ideal consistency.
Lo coloqué en la hornilla a fuego medio y comencé a mover sin parar hasta que el pudin agarrara la consistencia ideal.
I wait for it to cool a little before placing it in a container, which I will put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Espero que se enfríe un poco para colocarlo en un recipiente, que pondré en la nevera por unas horas.
I took the milk out of the refrigerator and, with the whisk, whipped it for a few minutes until it began to foam and take on volume.
Saqué la leche de la nevera, con el batidor, batí por unos minutos hasta que comenzará a hacer espuma y agarrara volumen.
Then I added the pudding little by little while whisking until it had a creamy consistency.
Luego le agregué el pudin poco a poco sin dejar de batir hasta que tenga una consistencia cremosa.
I packed the cream in a container and placed it in the refrigerator until serving time.
Envasé la crema en un recipiente y lo coloqué en la nevera hasta la hora de servir.
Here you can see the texture of the ice cream and the flavor is ideal, at home we liked it so much that there was nothing left.
Aquí pueden ver la textura que tiene el helado y el sabor es ideal, en casa gustó tanto que no quedó nada.
