The Delicious Taste of Sautéed Pork Belly with Cauliflower!

in #hive-120586last month

What I'm excited about during holidays or weekends is that I can cook and prepare meals for my family. Since my mom passed away, it's my great responsibility to learn and study about cooking different kinds of dishes.

I adore cauliflower because it contains nutrients and plant compounds that may reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, and other illnesses. I love eating cauliflower flowers because of this. Cauliflower is one of the healthiest and highest-nutrient vegetables.

According to traditional Chinese medicine, cauliflower is a neutral vegetable that promotes bodily balance. It's a tasty, affordable, low-maintenance, and adaptable vegetable. Its distinct yet mild flavor complements the rich, savory taste of the oyster sauce, which adds color.
It has grown to be my favorite since then. Therefore, I looked at the various dishes I could make using cauliflower each time.

Sautéed Pork Belly With Cauliflower!

With this recipe, you can easily make this tasty dish at home. Adding this recipe to your collection is highly recommended if you're searching for creative ways to present cauliflower instead of roasting it.

Let me start by summarizing the elements:

Tiny cauliflower florets and sliced pork belly are the main ingredients. For taste and texture, you'll also need garlic and ginger (you can add red or green pepper if you like).

The garlic, ginger, and onion need to cook together to make a tasty sauté. This adds a spicy, invigorating flavor and releases a beautiful aroma.

The cauliflower should be soft enough to pierce with a fork when the dish is done.

Ingredients

Sliced pork belly pieces.
Bite-sized pieces of cauliflower
If you'd like, you can use one long red pepper, sliced.
Four ginger slices
Four sliced garlic cloves
To add flavor:
Just one tsp soy sauce
Oyster Sauce
One-fourth teaspoon of black pepper
Add a dash of salt to taste and enjoy the magic.

I also drink Soda or Sprite. The soda does precisely what it usually does to meat—it gives it a subtle lemon-sweet flavor while tenderizing it.

Instructions

-The cauliflower florets should be gently drained and set aside after soaking in salted water for ten minutes.
-In a heated pan over low heat, stir-fry the pork belly and ginger for 3–4 minutes, or until the pork belly has released fat and lost its pink color.

-Next, add the Sprite or soda (you can add this).
-Set the burner to high. After adding, pan-fry the cauliflower for about two minutes.

-Simmer the cauliflower with a cover on medium heat for about two minutes.

-Add the white onion or (red pepper), garlic, and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until the ingredients are well combined.

-Then, add the oyster soy sauce, black pepper, and some magic sarap.

Just with the ingredients I can already tell how good it is. How much is cauliflower in your area by the way?

It depends ate eh, if peak season siya, sobrang mura kang, I guess nasa 80 and 100 per kilo, pero kapag hondi naman po umaabot siya ng 120 to 180 🤗

Looks very delicious, can it be prepared with other meat?

yes, you can use chicken meat or beef 🤗

I'm not a big fan of pork belly but with sauted cauliflower looks really rich. ❤️

Yes, just like you, I am not a fan of pork belly, but when I tried it with cauli flower, it became my favorite. 🥰
