Trust we all had a splendid night? It's a beautiful Tuesday over here.
The stress from yesterday was too much that I couldn't even eat anything after I got home late in the night, all I just wanted was to sleep.
Waking up this morning to hunger pangs, I thought of what to eat as fast as possible so I thought of rice.
I put the rice on fire to be cooking while we were having our family morning devotion and by the time we are done, the rice is almost read.
So I started setting asides the things I needed to make my locus beans pepper sauce.
Firstly I cleaned the pot and placed it on fire, waited for the water to dry off then I added a little palm oil (Epo Pupa)
I waited for about 10 seconds to heat up then I added diced onions.
Waited for about 15 seconds to fry then I added locust beans.
I added the bullion cubes and salt to taste.
Stir together and let it fry for like 1 minutes.
After 1 minutes then you add the grated pepper and onion mix.
Stir together and let it fry for about 3 minutes then serve 🍽
