I'm not a huge bread lover, but I do get cravings for it from time to time. A few weeks ago, I had a strong craving for bread and decided to try making it myself instead of buying it. The result was amazing!
Bread is not only delicious, but it's also nutritious. Here are some of its benefits:

- Fiber: Whole grain bread is rich in dietary fiber, which can help lower cholesterol levels and promote digestive health.
- B Vitamins: Bread is a good source of various B vitamins.

If you're interested in trying your hand at making bread, here's the recipe I used:Ingredients:
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon of milk flavor
- 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cups of milk
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add wet ingredients and mix.
- Knead for 10-15 minutes.
- Let dough rest until doubled in size.
- Shape, let rest, and bake.
