Hello friends. It's been a while since I posted again. How are you? Is everything okay? I just finished being sick with covid-19. The time of being sick was extremely difficult for me. But it's okay now I'm cured, and life is slowly returning to normal. Today I would like to introduce a very nutritious and easy to prepare porridge. Suitable for children who are eating solids or sick and need to nourish their bodies, this porridge is a great choice. Let me guide you to do it.
Raw materials include:
- 50 grams of rice
- Shrimp 200g
- Spinach: 50g
- Garlic, purple onion, seasoning seeds for soup.
Step 1:
Cook porridge first. Wash the rice with water, then roast the rice until fragrant. And put in a pot, add 500ml of water—Cook in the slow cooker for 1.5 hours.
Step 2: While cooking porridge, we prepare shrimp. Wash shrimp and remove the shell. As for the shrimp meat, we mince it and then mince it. Then to make the shrimp meat puree even when adding to the porridge, I added 50ml of filtered water to the bowl of the minced shrimp. Stir well. (Because I'm feeding a baby, I need to make it as pure as possible, if I'm eating it, I don't need to.)
Step 3: Mince the garlic and red onion. Then heat a pan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil (baby oil). Then add the minced garlic and purple onion, stir until fragrant and turn golden, then add the previously prepared shrimp. Stir until shrimp are cooked, then turn off the heat.
Step 4: Wash spinach with diluted salt water, then drain. Finely minced.
Step 5: After the porridge is cooked. Add in spinach and saute shrimp for 1 more minute. Then add it all to the porridge. Add 2 teaspoons of seasoning to the soup. Add scallions of your choice.
