This dish is very easy to make, the ingredients are also easy to find. It's a Thai hot pot noodle dish. Sour and sweet of seafood and mushrooms, spicy chilli and kimchi served with extremely rich flavour.
Materials include:
- Korean Thai hot pot instant noodles
- Shrimp
- Enokitake
- Onion
- Scallion
-Coriander
Making:
Step 1: Wash shrimp, cut off the shrimp legs, leave the shell intact. Dry.
Step 2:Cut away the leg of the mushroom, separate and soak in dilute salt water for 5 minutes, then rinse with water.
Step 3: Onion: Cut into long slices
Step 4: Clean cilantro, scallions, cut them into small pieces.
Step 5: Put the pot on the stove, add 450ml of water, bring to a boil. When boiling, tear the instant noodles out, put the noodles and spices in a pot of boiling water, add shrimp and enoki mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and add onions, scallions, and cilantro.
Step 6: Enjoy, it's great to eat with Korean kimchi too.
