Crispy eggplant chop or purple fried recipe

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I came back to you again with a new recipe to make crispy eggplant chop or purple. I hope you like it.

So let's see, friends, how I made crispy eggplant chop or purple-

Here I have the materials -

1- 1 eggplant
2- Bason like quantity
3- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
4- Salt to taste and
5- quantity like oil etc.

Method-

First I took water in a pot and cut the eggplant into thin slices and put it in the water. Now I have washed the eggplants well and picked them up in a container.

This time I took besan in a pot. This time I put salt and baking soda in it. This time I have mixed them together in a good way. This time I will make a good mixture with adequate amount of water inside. The mixture cannot be absolutely diluted. The besan mixture should be made a little thicker.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, I dip the eggplant in the basin and put it inside the oil for frying. When frying, care must be taken to keep the flame low. If the heat of the stove is high, the eggplant will not cook from the inside and there will be a possibility of burning from the outside very quickly. For this you have to reduce the heat of the stove and fry it. The way I turned down the heat and fried all the eggplant chops.

So I have easily made crispy purple chop or purple with little ingredients. This time I am serving in a container. Eggplant chops made at home are much tastier to eat and can be made with the necessary ingredients as desired. Since I made eggplant chops with very little ingredients in a very simple way. Many people do not have extra materials in their homes so I am sharing with you by making them with less materials. And when you make any frying thing at home, it always tastes great.
