Crispy potato chops made with very little ingredients at home

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I am back with a new recipe among you again with a crispy potato chop made with very little ingredients. I hope you like it.

So let's see, friends, how I made crispy potato chops with very little ingredients.

Here I have the materials-

1- Two potatoes
2- Four to five dried chillies
3- Two to three small sized onion pieces
4- Bason like quantity
5- Half a teaspoon of baking soda
6-Salt to taste
7- Mustard oil and
8- Quantitative soybean oil etc.

How to make -

First I took the potatoes here. This time I have boiled the potatoes and peeled the potatoes.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put some mustard oil in the pan. This time I fried it by stirring it with dried chilli and onion.

This time I took boiled potatoes, fried dried chillies, fried onion pieces and some salt in a pot. This time I have ground the well-dried chilli with my hands. This time I will mash the potatoes well. The light is well lit. This time I have turned it into a ball. This time I have turned the mashed potatoes into small groups and made rounds by pressing them with my hands as per my wish. You can make them in any way you want.

So here I am in a bowl of besan, baking soda and salt to taste. This time I have mixed all these well together. This time I have made a good mixture with adequate amount of water inside it. The mixture should not be too thick or too thin. The mixture should be well prepared in a short time. So my mixture is ready.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put oil in the pan. This time I spread the small balls of potato that I had prepared and spread them well on both sides through the inside of the basin. When the oil gets hot, I put the chops for frying inside it. This time I will fry it well in red. When frying, care must be taken that the stove is not low today, otherwise there is a possibility of burning. That's how I fried all the chops. This time I am serving in a container. And if you make potato chops in this way, it tastes much better and is much crispy. And it is made with very little material. If you want, you can make it at home with a little more ingredients.
