Saludos amantes de la comida, el día de hoy les comparto una receta para preparar un pollo saltado con germinados, se podría decir que es un Chop Suey que hago a mi estilo incorporando otros tipos de vegetales que no están en la receta asiática. Espero les guste.

Ingredientes/ Ingredients
- 400 gramos de pollo picado en tiras
- 250 gramos de zanahorias
- 100 gramos de vainillas
- 300 gramos de brócoli
- 50 gramos de pimentón
- 50 gramos de cebolla
- 1 rama de cebollín
- 2 dientes de ajo
- Salsa de soya al gusto
- 50 ml de aceite vegetal
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 400 grams of chicken chopped into strips
- 250 grams of carrots
- 100 grams of vanilla
- 300 grams of broccoli
- 50 grams of paprika
- 50 grams of onion
- 1 sprig of chives
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Soy sauce to taste
- 50 ml vegetable oil

Lavar, pelar y la zanahoria, las vainillas y el brócoli.
Wash, peel and carrot, vanilla and broccoli.

Salpimentar el pollo y cocinar en una sartén con aceite vegetal por 10 minutos antes de agregar las zanahorias y las vainitas, bajar el fuego colocar una tapa y cocinar por 10 minutos antes de agregar el siguiente ingrediente.
Season the chicken and cook in a pan with vegetable oil for 10 minutes before adding the carrots and green beans, lower the heat, place a lid and cook for 10 minutes before adding the next ingredient.

Agregar el brócoli previamente picado y desinfectado, colocar de nuevo la tapa y dejar cocinar por 15 minutos.

Lavar y picar la cebolla, pimentón, cebollín y machacar los ajos, agregar estos ingredientes y dejar cocinar por 5 minutos.

Agregar los germinados previamente lavados, agregar la salsa de soya y dejar cocinar por 3 minutos.
