Hello three speak and foodie lovers community!
I woke up late today. Aside from doing the laundry, I also gather water. It's difficult here in our place because the water only comes out in the early morning, since it's a high place. Good, it's okay to upload here on three speak. Last December there was a problem, I think. I can't write because the customer service of our old internet is difficult to contact. We always don't have a connection. So I applied and got connected to a new internet provider. It's also good because it's just an online application so it's hassle free. After two days we have internet connection. Plan 999 plus Cable TV. My father needs cable, he does not know how to click on YouTube.
By the way, in the video, I'm cooking the viand we'll have for today. It's simple but nutritious. It's hard to think of what to cook everyday. Sometimes, I just watch cooking videos on YouTube for ideas. Here's the cooking tutorials:
Sauteed vegetables (Squash and Moringa leaves)
Ingredients
- Garlic
- Onion
- Tomato
- Ginger
- Shrimp cube
- Dried small shrimp
- Squash
- Moringa leaves
Preparation and cooking instructions:
- Wash and prepare all the ingredients.
- Heat the pan.
- Put oil on the cooking pan.
- Sauteed garlic, onion, tomato, and ginger.
- Put the shrimp cube.
- Then put the squash and add water.
- Let it boil for 3 minutes then add the dried small shrimp.
- Add the moringa leaves.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until it's half cooked.
- Ready to serve.
