It was our weekly thing again to send the children for their art class. If my husband is free, he will be with me hanging out somewhere while waiting for the 1.5hours to pass. He was with me just now. Together... 😊 At the same building, there is a restaurant called TOGATHER. It was newly opened few months ago and since then, it was always packed with people during lunch and dinner. We thought it must be some famous restaurant and it has other branches too. I was attracted at their Spanish mini egg tart. Usually egg tarts are linked to Portuguese but these...SPANISH. Let's try!
Mini Spanish Egg Tarts
Indeed, very yummy egg tarts but probably maybe too sweet for some people. The crust was buttery enough, towards the biscuit-y cookie type of texture which made these egg tarts special. Each of us ate one, and I managed to resist not eating more than one, keeping the rest for the boys.
TOGATHER
Now I know why people frequent this place, because it has nice environment, except the music could be softer, and the staffs were so friendly. Super variety of food, you maybe confused what to eat, haha. Anyway, it suits young and old.
There are outside section, inside section ground floor and inside section upper floor. I didn't walk up so there will be no photos of their upstairs.
Inside ground floor
Abit less spacious compared to outside but that is because half of the space is kitchen. I would think a big kitchen is needed due to their variety of food choices.
Outerior
It was 4:15pm, so it was our teatime. Besides the egg tarts, I ordered watermelon juice for myself because I was feeling warmth and thirsty. Then, I ordered iced coffee too because I couldn't resist coffee. Husband ordered iced milk tea and a bowl of hot ginger soup with tong yuen (glutinous balls filled with peanut paste and black sesame paste) to share with me.
I must say all the drinks were nice. Not too sweet. Juice was fresh. The dessert tong yuen...wow...I wanted to come back again for more!!!

Too many pages for this menu and I didn't capture all the pages. You will be amazed at the food served here. I was like, "Is that a magic kitchen? They have literally everything?"
I told my husband that we must come here again few times to try their food. I look around people eating, they seemed satisfied. Food looked really good. Looking forward to be at TOGATHER again. Together + Gather. 😎
