I am not a fan of investigative movies, but I love the fact that there are some movies that you watch and feel like rewatching over and over again.
The likes of “Taken” is one of the best movies I love and even if I am to rewatch nothing is stopping me. Crime scenes and cases from the CIA and FBI are somehow nice to watch when acted well.
Back in Action; They are living their best lies
Back in Action is another movie I watched recently. It's a movie about some retired CIA agents who were planning to live a good and happy life after resolving all of their tasks as investigators.
Then life unfolds, after giving birth to about two kids and living happily. One of the former agencies came after their life which got exposed at a club party, and ever since then they never got a stable and peaceful lifestyle.
One of the interesting parts I enjoyed from the movie is the aspect of family love and relationships. The movie portrayed a lot about how to care about family, friendly and happy relationships between parents and kids, care, attention, and love.
We don't have to force our kids to do things, but giving them the right choice to make and showing them the right path to take is what makes up good parenting.
Kids happen to experience some certain changes and exposure at some stage of their life and I really love the way it was played out in this movie.
Comedy wasn’t lacking while they were trying to dish out the core part of the story. The way the parents had to lie just to cover up who they really are is so funny to watch and many times they would fall on their knees just to make sure the kids don't know who they are and how they met.
The Intermission
The movie got a turnaround when the agency discovered their whereabouts and then started chasing after them, they had to sacrifice their lifestyles and journey down to their grandmother's end where a valuable asset, the key, was kept safe.
They were tracked and traced down to the place and then the “back in action” started. They had to get back to their old ways again. Even the grandmother who was a retired agent got back to her old self just to save the lives of the kids who were taken hostages and also to get the key back and save the nation.
I never expected the plot twist from the movie but it was really worth it, everything was about to end in vain but an unexpected action took place and things fell into place again.
In conclusion
If I were to rate this movie on a scale of 10 then I would be giving out a 7/10 rating. The actors didn’t disappoint and the storyline was worth it. It doesn’t entail action alone but a touch of comedy and love. If you are a fan of action movies then it might be a nice recommendation.
