CINE COMMUNITY UPDATE
And we have another quiet week in terms of community updates. But somewhere in the "sooniverse" our devs are working on the new frontend for CineTV, and the developments there are exciting and will surprise many. All I can say is, keep your eyes on CineTV, and don't forget to check your badges every now and then. Soon there could also be a surprise to be found there.
CINE CONTEST UPDATE
Like every week, our contest is up and running, in which a number of people have already participated. But there is still time for you to climb into your keyboard too, and write that fantastic blog that can make you a winner too.
This week's contest asks you to write a blog about your favorite courtroom/trial movie.
This week we should see some interesting blogs, and hopefully yours is among them! You still have two days to participate. The deadline is 10th May, 2022, 11:59 PM, UTC time. Go, go, go!
A little note. We would love to read your personal stories. Why is that one movie or series so special to you? What impact has it had on you? Did a movie or series change your mind about certain things? Just to name a few examples.
Now that we said that, let's move on!

And of course, feel free to browse over all blogs written under the #cinetv tag. There are so many awesome blogs, and if your blog is not highlighted that does not mean it is not awesome. We appreciate each and everone of you, who takes the effort to write up a unique, original blog with movie or tv-related content.
DR. STRANGE IN THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS
Do I need to write anything about this movie? Anyone who has even the slightest eye on what has happened in the field of cinema knows about this film.
Marvel Studios' Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness unlocks the MCU the Multiverse and pushes boundaries further than ever before. In this action/adventure movie you travel into the unknown with Doctor Strange. With the help of mystical allies, both old and new, Dr. Strange the Multiverse to confront a mysterious new adversary.
"Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness" stars Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Elizabeth Olsen, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, with Michael Stühlbarg and Rachel McAdams, among others.
The film is directed by Sam Raimi and Kevin Feige is the producer. Louis D'Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Eric Hauserman Carroll and Jamie Christopher are executive producers. The screenplay was written by Michael Waldron.
OPPERATION MINCEMEAT
Netflix comes with a movie set in WWII. 77 years ago this war ended, and unfortunately it's more current again than we would like.
It’s 1943. The Allies are determined to break Hitler’s grip on occupied Europe, and plan an all-out assault on Sicily; but they face an impossible challenge - how to protect a massive invasion force from potential massacre.
It falls to two remarkable intelligence officers, Ewen Montagu (Colin Firth) and Charles Cholmondeley (Matthew Macfadyen) to dream the most inspired and improbable disinformation strategy of the war - centred on the most unlikely of secret agents: a dead man.
Operation Mincemeat is the extraordinary and true story of an idea that hoped to alter the course of the war - defying logic, risking countless thousands of lives, and testing the nerves of its creators to breaking point.
GLIMPSE
Three people are competing for the same job. Their lives turn inside out under the pressure. And there is also someone who keeps an eye on everything. More than one person even. And if you thought it stopped there, then you are mistaken. Because someone else is watching again how these individuals look at the people who are in the running for the job. A sad, and comical investigation into our fall into the chilling culture of surveillance
MOVIE & CELEBRITY GOSSIPS
Elizabeth Hurley once again proves that some people always look good and age beautifully with this photo which she posted on her instagram.
Warning to the men who can handle bikini photos!
Relationships are not always easy. And sometimes you have to go far to get the truth out. Helen Skelton can talk about that. She and her ex Richie recently broke up. But to get the truth out, Helen had to hire a private detective to uncover whether Richie lied about when he started his new affair
Mother's Day is also a real thing among the celebrities. But that Mother's Day doesn't look the same everywhere, becomes clear in the following photos.
There needs to be some difference.
In movies you often have Super Hero couples. But did you know that many of those couples often start dating in real life as well as in movies.
Why confuse a matter of fiction and reality? They are just good actors who empathize with their roles!
