Hello CineTV
"I'm leavin' on a jet plane
I don't know when I'll be back again" John Denver
My wife had an interesting trip, on her way to her destination there was incredible turbulence which made most of the people on the plane very nervous. But she made it there and back safely!
I can't believe it has been another week. Time seems to fly by. I personally want to thank everyone that particpated in this latest CineTV Contest. There were some fantastic choices from Top Gun, Con Air to Airplane! there are just so many great movies with planes.
Let's get to this week's winners:

A definite thriller in the sky, with a dilemma that no one would ever want to be put into. This is such a unique choice and I appreciated your review. Congrats!
Third place
The third place finisher was @marriot5464 with a review of Con Air found here: https://peakd.com/hive-121744/@marriot5464/cinetvcontest-favorite-plane-movie-con
This is a movie that I saw a long time ago and didn't even consider when I made this contest. However, it was a great choice and the plane definitely had a huge part to play in this movie. Congratulations!
Please be careful of repeated text (at the end) and use of sources without citing.
Congrats!
225 CINE COINS and 100 Ecency Points will be transferred to the winners.

Favorite Movie Based on a True Story
On to our next contest! Thank you to @ecency for sponsoring our Cine TV contests! Check them out at ecency.com. 🙂
I know what you are thinking...did this contest idea come from his wife? The short answer is, yes. While speaking with my wife about my need for another contest, she just said, "What about a movie based on real events?" It sounded intriguiging and I decided to go with it.
They say that truth is stranger than fiction and in this contest we are going to explore movies that are based on a true story. This topic is very broad: it could be anything from a sports story to a real life crime or even some political drama. The only requirement is that it has to based on a true story.
Let's get to some ideas about what to write about. Does the story seem like it could really happen? Has anything similar happened to you? Was the story perfect, with a perfect ending? If not, how could have it been better? Was this an inspiring story? Which character do you relate to the most? How would you have handled the situation? What drew you to this specific story? Finally, if it wasn't specified as based on a true story, would you believe that it was real?
Those are just some ideas to get you started. Please be original and write a creative response to the topic. Don't retell the plot or plagiarize. Originality is required for curation and to be considered for the contest.
I look forward to reading your selections. Have a great week!
There is going to be some big news next week. I can't wait to share it with you all in the next contest!!!
