Fathers are strongholds, pillars, bunkers and defenders. Fathers tend to protect their family, especially children with all their body, soul, heart and life. They fight back at anything that threatens the safety and wellbeing of their family without thinking much of the risks.
I got so captivated by the show of fatherly love and sacrifice I watched in the movie titled Nobody. A movie in which the father risked his life a lot of time just to keep the safety and happiness of his family.
The father, Hutch who years back worked as an assassin for some intelligence agencies found out one of his victims whom he let go alive has repented from a criminal life and had a family, Hutch got humbled by this scene, retired and had his own family. His family life was tense and his current work not too enjoyable but he tried keeping it together showing the great role a father plays in keeping the family together, in one happy piece.
One night, his house was burgled and the thieves stole some cash from a bowl on the table and also collected his wist watch. His son attacked one of the thieves and held him down, while the other one, a lady was pointing a gun at him, asking him to let he accomplice go and giving Hutch the chance to pick a golf stick but he restrained himself from harming the thief and he asked his son to let go.
Next day, his daughter could not find her kitty cat bracelet which she left in the bowl, thinking the burglars had taken it, Hutch went after them and using a diagram of the tattoo he noticed on the hand on one of the thieves, he was able to find them, collect his watch and as he was threatening them to give him the kitty cat bracelet, he heard their baby cry and he let them alone, out of anger, he punch a wall until his knuckles were bleeding.
He boarded a bus and since the anger was still bottled up inside him and looking for an outlet, he engaged a group of youths who had boarded the bus after crashing their car and were subsequently trying to molest a young lady. He got hit badly too and was stabbed but the young men were worst and had to be hospitalized, among them was the younger brother of a strong and prominent Russian mob leader.
The gang leader sent his men after Hutch but Hutch hid his family in the basement and he killed most of the assailants, he was later buzzed with a teaser and locked up in the car's boot by the three remaining assailants but he managed to get hold of a fire extinguisher, mace the driver which led to the car crashing, killing the remaining three assailants.
After receiving detailed information about the Russia mob lord, Hutch knew trouble was coming and he sent his family away to safety. After buying the steel factory where he worked from his father in-law, he converted it into a kill zone with many traps. He burnt down the loads of money the Russian gang lord was supposed to keep safe, forcing him to chase Hutch and attack him. Hutch lured them to the factory and aided by his retired cop father and friend, he made an end of the mob lord and his men.
Hutch after retirement turned mild because of his love for his family, he worked without complain to keep them well provided for and when their safety got threatened, he risked his life to save them.
Image going all through these pains and near death experience simply because of his little daughter's Kitty cat bracelet, since after all, it was while he went to recover it that he had and encounter with the Russian mob lord's younger brother. He later found the bracelet under the table where the bowl containing the money the thieves took was placed.
