When I saw the image that represents this contest I went through my mind several movies that had to do with the sports field which is my profession, but well I wanted to get out a little of the everyday and so I propose for the contest the movie "Pixels".
It is a movie that goes back to my childhood it was also common to see a rivalry between young people to achieve something and be recognized by others, this time the main protagonists Sam and Will are friends who have in common the ability to play in the video game machines. Sam at the insistence of his friend Will decides to enroll in a world championship where they meet another young man named Ludlow, was very good at video games and also participates in the championship.
But within this famous contest informs that the replica of the video games will send them in a time capsule to the outside of the earth to see if there are other lives, at the moment no one gives importance to that, there was the furor of the competition.
Sam manages to go undefeated in all the video games, he felt that he was achieving something very important in his life and above all the recognition of all, but for the final game he must face Eddie with the famous Don Kincon, both go through several levels and the pressure of the end comes in and Eddie ends up winning the game, who sarcastically makes fun of Sam for having lost, Sam feels very bad and distressed.
Time passes and Sam has forgotten about video games and works for a company that installs television and such, unlike his friend Will who is the president of the United States.
Sam and Will become since after a call that Will makes to him so that he could help him and see a video of the recent attack of some kind of aliens to a military base where everything turned it into pixels. Sam sees the video of the attack and realizes that they were the same patterns of the Galaga video game. But Will for the moment is unhappy with the discovery of his friend believing a little more in the military high command.
Later Sam gets with Ludlow and inside his world of espionage and discovering things he tells Sam that the aliens are giving him an answer to the information that they had sent in the capsule when the contest. The aliens send some war fighting conditions using video game replicas to win this war they must go through three rounds or else they will invade earth.
Sam along with his friend Ludlow go to the president and his friend Will determine that they must prepare for a tough battle of video games, where they teach the military how to play with the machines.
Meanwhile Violet a military sergeant realizes that the pixels die with light rays so they create weapons with these rays to be able to win in the video games.
Being in the place where the attack of the aliens would be Sam and Will show their skills in the video games and achieve the first victory.
Thinking that everything was over, the aliens send another message indicating the place where the next confrontation would be, it is here where the friends propose to the president that Eddie, the world winner of the video games, should be part of the team, they proceed to look for him and Eddie cooperates in spite of some conditions of the state since he was in prison.

Already with a consolidated team and confident in their abilities, they realize that the next attack would be with the Pac Man video game,
On small cars simulating the ghosts of the video game, the team manages to defeat Pac Man's attack, leaving Eddie as the main winner.
However the aliens come down to Washington and attacks with several of the iconic video games, seeing that there were many for the team Will decides to accompany and give the fight to the Video Games. All fight tirelessly from various perspectives, the goal was to kill all the characters that launched the aliens. To beat the final game Violet, Will and San go to play the final Video Game to beat the aliens with Donkey Kong. The trio tries to do their best to reach the chasm and win, and Sam's ability is a little confused that he can't make it, at that precise moment Violet's son tells him that he is the best since in the previous games Eddie had cheated, Sam is full of courage and finishes the game throwing the last hammer defeating Donkey Kong obtaining the victory and saving the world.
