Just finished the second batch of the eleventh season of The Walking Dead that just appeared on Netflix.
It's been a while since I am telling myself I should stop wasting my life on the show but I keep returning when new eps come out. I guess after all these years, I am curious to see how it will end.
The show has been on a death spiral for a long time now. Unlike the first couple seasons, it just feels so repetitive. And the biggest problem is how most of the original characters that were actually interesting are long gone. Like the China man. Or that red haired idiot. For fucks shake, even Rick Grimes is missing for two years now. Yes, I know he will make a comeback but still... Same with Michone. She was interesting but she disappeared as well. I just feel so detached with what is going on. At least we still have Daryl.
Anyways, the episodes I just binge watched were utter shit. Same repetitive crap, bad writing, idiotic subplots and lots of cringe. I won't give any spoilers but there was lots and lots of it. And of course lots of boring walking 😅
Thank God the show is over. Dunno when the last few episodes will appear on Netflix. But I am relieved there won't be any after that. And no, I am not touching any of the spin offs.
