The thing about the mind being a territory is that all of our neighboring real estate is quickly being foreclosed on and sold off to corporate interests determined to bulldoze our land and force us into a new complex they're building where we lose all autonomy. It might look like an apartment and have a nice paintjob, but you can't put lipstick on that pig. We've found ourselves in the bad part of town and there don't seem to be many good neighborhoods out there to move to. We can try to find likeminded individuals and secede from the shitshow that our society has become, which isn't all that feasible when we're constantly watching our step for landmines. The other option is to go off in the woods and build that log cabin. Humans were never meant to be solitary creatures. I've tried it for years and while I can survive, it just isn't enough honestly. What's the point of surviving if we aren't living and interacting and sharing ourselves with others on the same frequency? To stick with the theme of the mental prison being built around the real estate of our mind, do we really want to be this guy?

Guess the only thing to do is find our tribe and hold down the fort before they put us on an island a la Brave New World. Who knows, maybe the benevolent overlords will see to it we have a decent island, but looking at their track record I'm not holding my breath.

Wake up as many people as you can. Yet be busy securing your property, and helping your friends, family, and neighbors do the same.

Though we must also still debate and point out issues on the more national and global fronts for our silence will simply be viewed as acquiescence. In such a case no amount of prepping will likely keep us safe from what might come.

We have to pay attention and attempt to choose our battles wisely and BRAVELY.
