It's a 148-page document in PDF format. This document is really shocking, because they redacted every single word from it. The entire document is blank. Why did they even bother to release this?
This document at least confirms that the CDC did investigated the problem. We don't know the results, but they know. And, they decided not to share a single word.
My guess is that the evidence regarding myocarditis after COVID-19 vaccinations is so damning that they can't risk collapsing of the whole "safe and effective" vaccine narrative. I guess the vaccine is seriously toxic and dangerous that nobody will get it if this document is released without redaction.
With that, the CDC still recommends another round of COVID-19 booster:
